SubsKeeper is a subscription billing management tool for small businesses. Business owners use it to record their customers, services, and payments, and to send billing-related messages (login codes, payment receipts, due reminders, and monthly statements) over WhatsApp.
Account information. When a business owner creates an account, we store their name and WhatsApp phone number, which is used to sign in via a one-time password.
Customer records. Business owners enter records about their own customers: names, phone numbers, the services they subscribe to, and payment history. This data belongs to the business owner; we store and process it only to provide the service.
Technical data. We keep minimal server logs (such as request timestamps and error details) needed to operate and secure the service.
We use the information above to authenticate sign-ins, maintain each business's subscription ledger, and deliver billing-related WhatsApp messages: one-time login codes, payment receipts, payment due reminders, broadcasts composed by the business owner, and monthly ledger statements.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described below.
Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. To deliver a message, the recipient's phone number and the message content are shared with Meta, which processes them under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not share any other data with Meta.
Data is retained for as long as the associated account remains active. To request deletion of your account and all associated data — or, if you are a customer of a business that uses SubsKeeper, deletion of records about you — email svbk.dev@gmail.com from the affected account's contact details. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Sign-in uses one-time passwords delivered to the account owner's WhatsApp number; sessions are kept in httpOnly cookies.
